Technical Requirements and Quality Standards

- Cement Finishing: Use approved cement mix and pigment; achieve uniform color; cure as per standard practice.
- Aluminum Works: Use specified section thicknesses; ensure frames are plumb and square; glazing to be sealed and weatherproofed.
- False Ceiling: Zipsum board fixed to manufacturer recommendations; provide neat joints and suitable access panels where required.
