Technical Requirements and Quality Standards

  • Engineer Direction: All works to follow instructions and approvals from the site engineer before execution and at key milestones.
  • Tile Works: Ensure existing tiles are inspected for soundness; replace broken tiles only after engineer approval; maintain slope using patent stone to ensure drainage.
  • Cement Finishing: Use approved cement mix and pigment; achieve uniform color; cure as per standard practice.
  • Aluminum Works: Use specified section thicknesses; ensure frames are plumb and square; glazing to be sealed and weatherproofed.
  • False Ceiling: Zipsum board fixed to manufacturer recommendations; provide neat joints and suitable access panels where required.
  • Painting: Surfaces to be prepared, primed where necessary; apply three coats of specified brand; final shade to be approved on site.
  • Fixtures and Furniture: Reinstall basin with leak test; repair table-chairs to be structurally sound and finish-matched.
